We are currently accepting new patients aged 13 and older for our Direct Primary Care Membership. This membership includes routine, follow-up, and "sick" visits with a Nurse Practitioner, with most appointments lasting 45–60 minutes and wellness perk. 

Our care is rooted in a Functional Medicine perspective, addressing a wide range of health concerns including autoimmune disorders, nutrition, and gut health. We also offer bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for both men and women, supporting conditions such as erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, perimenopause, menopause, and PCOS.
