Rachel Rifanburg has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2010, graduating from the renowned Finger Lakes School of Massage. With over a decade of experience, she specializes in deep tissue and medical massage, offering therapeutic sessions that go beyond physical relief.
Rachel views massage as a form of communication between the mind, body, and soul. Her work is grounded in the belief that when the body and mind are given space to truly connect, energy can flow more freely—supporting not only physical wellness but emotional and energetic balance as well. Through her skilled touch and intuitive presence, Rachel creates a space where true healing can unfold
Dana Bidwell
Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
Dana graduated from the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Winter 2011 and has experience across sports massage, medical massage, and spa massage. A dedicated runner, hiker, and biker, Dana brings her passion for movement and recovery into every session. She is certified in reflexology and deep tissue work for the upper extremities, and tailors her massage to each client’s needs—whether it’s supporting athletes, addressing injuries or chronic pain, or providing relaxation and stress relief. Her goal is to help every client feel restored, balanced, and at their best.
