Rachel Rifanburg has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2010, graduating from the renowned Finger Lakes School of Massage. With over a decade of experience, she specializes in deep tissue and medical massage, offering therapeutic sessions that go beyond physical relief.
Rachel views massage as a form of communication between the mind, body, and soul. Her work is grounded in the belief that when the body and mind are given space to truly connect, energy can flow more freely—supporting not only physical wellness but emotional and energetic balance as well.
