Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate and forward-thinking Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic primary care team. Key Responsiblities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications as appropriate.
Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and lifestyle management.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless, holistic care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Support wellness initiatives, including patient education classes or workshops.

Qualifications

Current Nurse Practitioner license in New York State
Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or relevant specialty.
Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Passion for preventive care and promoting patient wellness.
Previous experience in primary care or a related field is preferred.

Hours

This position starts as part-time, flexible hours and can grow into full-time as patient load expands.

Front Desk ReCeptionist

Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our primary care office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and will provide exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsiblities

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate records.
Check patients in and out, ensuring all necessary forms are completed and payments are processed.
Support the scheduling of wellness classes and events.
Assist with generating and organizing reports as needed.
Collaborate on social media efforts, including posting and engaging with content.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
Experience in customer service or healthcare is a plus.
Enthusiasm for wellness and community engagement.

Hours

Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
