After the procedure, you may experience some redness and mild swelling, similar to a sunburn, but this usually subsides within 12-24 hours. Your skin will also be more sensitive. It’s important to follow post-treatment care instructions, which may include avoiding sun exposure and using gentle skincare products.

While some improvement may be seen shortly after treatment, optimal results typically appear over the following weeks as collagen production increases. Many patients find that multiple sessions yield the best outcomes, and treatments are usually spaced about four to six weeks apart.
