Radiant Flow Yoga class is a 60-minute Vinyasa style session that will leave you glowing. This class is designed for intermediate students. Yoga teacher, Rebecca Nicosia will guide you through a sequence designed to enhance balance, flexibility, and strength of the body and mind. The swift pace of the class will ignite the breath and heart while creating a feeling of tranquility. Join us for this serene and invigorating experience.

Yin Yoga is a passive meditative style of yoga where poses are usually held 2 -7 minutes, influencing the connective tissue, the meridians within the fascia, and allowing chi to flow more freely. True alchemy on the mat, creating equanimity in mind and spaciousness in body; melting away stress, increasing flexibility and tuning into that flow of inner peace. Join Yoga Teacher Shannon O'Connor in this 60 minute Yin Yoga class that will leave you feeling centered, relaxed & recalibrated.

Adaptive Yoga is a gentle and supportive 60-minute yoga class designed beginners or individuals that would like extra support. In this slow-paced session, Yoga teacher, Rebecca Nicosia will guide you through the exploration of the basics of various yoga postures with the aid of a chair, allowing you to take the pressure off sensitive joints. This no-weight bearing class focuses on building stability, balance, and body awareness, ensuring a safe and enjoyable practice for everyone. Discover the benefits of mindful movement and leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Yoga classes are $10 per class.

Sarah is a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher and Yin Yoga instructor. She is available for private sessions.

These sessions are ideal for anyone looking to enhance their self-care, address specific challenges, or receive specialized guidance that may not be available in group settings. Whatever your wellness aspirations, private lessons offer the opportunity for a more intimate, customized experience that supports lasting growth and transformation.
Cost: Private lessons start at $70 an hour for an individual and $10 for each additional individual.

EFT, or tapping, is a healing modality that combines elements of cognitive therapy and acupressure to address emotional and physical issues. In a private EFT session, you'll work one-on-one with an experienced practitioner to explore and release blockages related to stress, anxiety, trauma, or other emotional challenges. These sessions are customized to your specific concerns and allow for a deeper exploration of your emotions, helping you tap into your own healing potential and achieve emotional balance.
